Description courte : Reporting to Lee China GM, you manage a team of 15 people including 7 direct reports (Regional sales, Sales operation analysis, Key Account, Business Development). You are responsible for leading and accelerating Lee’s business sustainable growth (profitability and market-share) in China. It will include directing, controlling and coordinating all sales programs, dealer/customer relations, key account management / development, budgeting, and inventory control.
